About Strategy Execution Advisors

Strategy Execution Advisors is a coaching organization focused on helping organizations reach their peak potential.  We focus our efforts on serving organizations in the U.S.  The company was founded in 2011 by previous senior leaders of Six Disciplines. 


Our mission is to coach organizations to reach their peak performance, through disciplined strategic and operation planning with accountable execution.

 Coach Bio Information


Matt Lauth, Managing Partner (Findlay, OH) - Matt is a principal in Strategy Execution Advisors, a certified Six Disciplines Business Coach, and is actively involved in the Strategy Execution Advisors business. Before founding Strategy Execution Advisors, Matt was a senior leader at Six Disciplines.  He spent nine years developing the Six Disciplines methodology, software and supporting processes which is today the Six Disciplines Program.  Matt also spent six years with Solomon Software where he managed product development for financial software services suites, and before that, spent nine years as a senior leader of IT for a market-leading medical manufacturer. 



Jim Bendt, Partner (Findlay, OH) - Jim is a principal in Strategy Execution Advisors, a certified Six Disciplines Business Coach, and is actively involved in the Strategy Execution Advisors business. Before founding Strategy Execution Advisors, Jim was a senior leader at Six Disciplines.  He spent 5 years developing the Six Disciplines services organization which today is the organization that trains and supports the Six Disciplines Program.  Before joining Six Disciplines, Jim was the shared services support manager for Microsoft Business Solutions, and was the director of technical support at Solomon Software. 

Lynn Brown-Bulloch - Coach (Florence, SC) - Lynn is a seasoned Baldrige examiner with experience writing and editing Baldrige applications, conducting organizational assessments, and leading site visit teams for integrated systems. Lynn is certified in Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard, Customer Experience Management by Strativity, and Golden Personality Profiling.

Lynn’s academic background includes a Master’s in Nursing Administration from University of South Carolina and a Doctorate in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Her academic perspective focuses on cutting edge best practices and thought leadership.


Past work experience includes over 25 years in health care, serving as an Administrator in home care with experience in governmental, private, and hospital-based home care services. Lynn’s most recent role as VP, Business Excellence and Chief Strategy Officer for an industrial distribution company involved establishing an Office of Strategy Management.

Lynn has served on the Baldrige program as an examiner (2002, 2003, 2004), senior examiner (2005, 2006); the South Carolina Quality Award program Steering Committee (2005, 2006, 2007); National Association for Home Care; South Carolina Association for Home care; President (2006); and Joint Commission National Home Care Advisory Council (2005, 2006, 2007). Lynn speaks at national and state conferences and conducts public courses on the Baldrige process.

Lynn's dissertation research titled Alignment and Integration for Strategy Execution in  Baldrige Award Winning Organizations, included 19 organizations that used a BSC approach for strategy execution. The study included organizations from the manufacturing, service, small business, education, and health care sectors.


Jim Crisafulli, Coach (Providence, RI) - Jim is a longtime Business Advisor who has worked with more than 200 business owners over the course of 15 years providing results-driven advisory and coaching services. Jim brings to his work an executive’s perspective as well as on-the-ground frontline experience, and a true passion to see business owners succeed while maintaining balance with their quality of life values.

During his 30 year career, Jim has always been a business owner himself, acquiring expertise early on as owner of a multi-store retail operation, addressing innumerable daily and long term business and life challenges. Jim earned his MBA from Bryant University and later, as an adjunct professor, taught entrepreneurship courses there. Jim has strong relationships with the region’s governmental and business development organizations. He has served on a number of executive boards, currently serves on business advisory boards for several for-profit companies, and as treasurer for a local non-profit organization.

Jim’s unique business perspective, his experience, enthusiasm and expertise have bolstered his reputation as the New England Business Advisor who truly moves businesses forward and improves lives. It’s Jim’s greatest pleasure to help owners build on what’s right about their business - and to change what isn’t - using just the right amount of advice and coaching along the way.  



Christine Flora, Coach (San Diego,  CA) - As an experience trainer, manager and technology strategist, Christine has been mentoring teams and providing project management, consulting and training services since 1985 delivering solutions to a large variety of organizations in over 16 countries worldwide. She specializes in leveraging the strategic benefits that can be obtained by integrating individual applications and information silos into cohesive end to end systems. She has worked with large and small organization in order to better align their processes and systems with their organizational strategic vision such as San Diego Convention Center, SpaceDev, The Limited, Texaco, CalTex, Agip Oil, the U.S. Army (Inscom and GFEBS), State of Arkansas, Bridgepoint Education and Florida Power and Light.  Christine's professional certifciations include MCT, MCITP, MCTS, MCBMSP, CAPM.  



Gail Kraft, Coach (San Diego, CA) - Gail is a results-driven executive with an outstanding record of increased productivity and profitability in a wide range of business operations, particularly strategic planning and management. Her multidisciplinary approach to determining key issues and developing appropriate action plans makes her particularly effective at team building, complex analytic problem solving, project management, change management and group process. Her wealth of experience includes finance, legal/regulatory compliance, technology, marketing, customer service, vendor relations, and strategic management at companies such as Electric Insurance/GE, Mass Teachers Association, Tufts Health Plan and John Hancock. 

David Oetken, Coach (Louisville, KY) - David Oetken is a life-long Louisville ‘local boy.’ He is a graduate of Atherton High School and Bellarmine University where he earned both B.A. and M.B.A. degrees.

Dave began his business career in the sports / entertainment industry primarily in ice skating and ice hockey. He has owned and managed three ice rinks and earned the Manager of the Year award from the Ice Skating Institute of America. In addition, Dave was operations manager for several professional ice hockey teams in both the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) and the American Hockey League (AHL).

He also owned, operated and sold several businesses in the food industry primarily in manufacturing and wholesaling. From there, he moved into the restaurant field and owned and operated a number of franchise concepts including Dakota Steakhouse and Steak Escape.

Currently, Dave is ENTERPRISECORP’s Director of Business Advising. He is also President & CEO of Louisville News Company and has been with the company since 1991. Louisville News is the largest distributor of thoroughbred racing publications in the eastern USA. David is an active member and past Vice-Chairman of the (Service Corps of Retired Executives) and volunteers at the Louisville Small Business Development Center


Kelly Petrock, Coach (Ann Arbor, MI) - Kelly brings over twelve years of knowledge and experience in change management, organizational development, performance improvement, group psychology and human behavior. Kelly has facilitated the implementation of large-scale organizational change with ABB, American Axle & Manufacturing, Ford Motor Company, General Motors and Lucent Technologies.  Kelly works closely with clients to design and deliver innovative approaches and interventions for lasting and systemic change.

Kelly is a top rated presenter and trainer in Organizational Culture Transformation, Leadership, Team Dynamics, Facilitation Skills and Human Motivation. While at Hope College Kelly focused his studies in psychology and human communication. Kelly’s post graduate emphasis at Eastern Michigan University and The Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara has been in organizational communication and organizational development respectively. Clients leverage Kelly’s expertise in the “soft” aspects of organizational life to achieve “hard” business results.



Sam Turner, Jackson, TN - My name is Sam Turner and I am confident that the skills and experience I have acquired over the course of a 35 year career  provides me with the knowledge and insight to assist with your unique business needs.  I am a Utility Professional.  I have a working knowledge of all utility systems including electric, natural gas, propane, water, wastewater, cable, Internet and telephone services.  My career spans across almost every area of an organization from distribution, to operations, customer service, administrative and marketing.  Within these roles, I have gained a thorough business knowledge sufficient to assist any organization in their journey toward continuous improvement.
